"Two Castles 10k Run"
IMG_1007.JPG

On 13-06-22 My daughter, her fiancé and I, competed in the annual 10km run from Warwick Castle to Kenilworth Castle. Of course flying the flag for PHRONESIM. I've been taking part in the run for probably 30 years, but it was the first time for my daughter and her fiancé . It's a hilly course but I'm sure the hills are getting longer and steeper!
